[SUN:SW] Matlab, (X)Maple, NAG, gnuplot

Hallo,

ab sofort stehen unter module die folgenden Programme zur Verf"ugung:

matlab/R11.1         : The Language of Technical Computing.
matlab/R12           : The Language of Technical Computing.
matlab/R12.1         : The Language of Technical Computing.
matlab/matlab        : The Language of Technical Computing.
maple/5.4            : an Interactive computer algebra system.
maple/7              : an Interactive computer algebra system.
nag                  : the Numerical Algorithms Group's routines.
gnuplot/3.7.2        : an interactive plotting program.
gnuplot/mode         : Emacs mode for Gnuplot.

Matlab und (X)Maple werden hierbei vom Rechenzentrum exportiert.

Bisher standen auch schon jeweils eine Version von Matlab und (X)Maple
mit den Befehlen matlab und (x)maple zur Verf"ugung, mit module ist
jetzt jedoch erstmalig der einfache Zugriff auf und die Auswahl unter
allen Matlab und (X)Maple Versionen des Rechenzentrums m"oglich.

Matlab:   ein numerisches Mathematik-Paket.  Das Modul matlab/matlab
          l"adt die ``Standardversion'', zur Zeit R12.1
(X)Maple: ein symbolisches Mathematik-Paket.  Die Version 7 erlaubt
          wieder zumindest eingeschr"anktes Copy- und Paste auch als
          X-Programm. 
NAG:      die NAGlib (NAG = Numerical Algorithms Group) ist _die_
          Standardbibliothek f"ur numerische Mathematik, allein die
          Dokumentation unter 
                file:/software/NAGdoc/fl/html/mark20.html
                file:/software/flso620da/doc/un.html
          kann eine extrem wertvolle Hilfe zur Probleml"osung sein.
Gnuplot:  ein Programm zur graphischen Darstellung von Messreihen und
          Funktionen.  Weit weniger komfortabel als Exel, aber daf"ur
          Skript-f"ahig.  Die Version 3.7.2 ist jedoch leicht buggy,
          weshalb zur Zeit noch die Version 3.7.1 der default ist ---
          3.7.2 wird nur f"ur den Fall angeboten, das eines der dort
          neu eingef"uhrten Features ben"otigt wird...
          gnuplot-mode ist ein Emacs-mode f"ur interaktive gnuplot
          Session, siehe ``module help gnuplot/mode''

PS: Module f"ur Mathematica sind in Vorbereitung...
