[Poqetpc] Removing screen and screen housing on Poqet PC Plus

I have two Poqet PC Plus units.  One has the hinge
assembly on the base in bad shape:  the hinge seems to
have expanded and cracked through the plastic case. 
However, the screen is in great shape

The other is just fine physically, except that its
screen has a dead column of pixels.

I'd like to take the first unit (inside its housing, I
guess) from the second unit and use it to replace the
screen on the second unit.  Is this difficult to do? 
How does one remove the screen housing?
