Well, the SDP3B is a 3V card, so might be incompatible electrically.
As for the Toshiba, no idea. Do you have some sort of product id?
Maybe you have access to a Linux Laptop and could tell us how the
(two) card(s) identify themself once they are inserted into the
PCMCIA-slot (it's in /var/log/messages or somesuch)?
