Hmm.  The link you followed is

ftp://hawk.psychol.ucl.ac.uk/pub/sharp-pc3k/index.txt

the one for the ftp-site would then be

ftp://hawk.psychol.ucl.ac.uk/pub/sharp-pc3k

Maybe not as obvious as I thought, I'll change it.
