New member and updated CF info

Hi,

I would like to welcome Jan Jonkman to the mailing-list, who used to
write monthly articles for the former Dutch Sharp user group and has
experience with the creation of a stacked drive.

And Chrismeister send me info about another (Sandisk, 32MB) CF-card
which works in the Sharp, the summary of which can be found (as usual)
