Ok, here's what I know: the connectors were called DHF-10 and DHF-20,
manufactured by DDK.  The company still exists
<http://www.ddkconnectors.com/>, but their webpage doesn't list these
connectors anymore.  I called their German distributor, who couldn't
help either.  I have now send them a mail, I'll tell you what they
answer (if they answer).
