Well, you could have a look at ebay (completed items) which would give
you

US$ 32,-- (which is fairly cheap --- but then, the reserve price was
higher :-)

Never seen these from anywhere else, but considering what 32MB cf now
costs I would probably go for the cheapest SRAM card I can find and
additionally buy the cf (you need the sram to restore the drivers in
case the computer crashes).  I don't think I would bid more than US$
20 for a 1MB card, and certainly not more than US$ 40 for a 4MB ---
but then, I didn't get any of the 3 4MB-cards which recently passed
through ebay (selling for US$ 27, 29, and 35 respectively).
