Hello,

starting immediately (in fact mostly for some time) the following
software is (has been) available on SUNs (only) under modules:

kogs31>/home/utcke% module whatis pov/3.50c grace/5.1.8 lyx/1.3.2 bibtools bibconv/0.2.97 bibextract/1.09
pov/3.50c            : The Persistence of Vision Ray Tracer.
grace/5.1.8          : a WYSIWYG tool for two-dimensional plots.
lyx/1.3.2            : a Document Processor.
bibtools             : several BibTeX file manipulation tools.
bibconv/0.2.97       : a Perl Bibliography Package.
bibextract/1.09      : extract BibTeX citations from *.tex, *.aux, *.bib.

Also available are the following libraries

plotutils/2.4.1      : a C library for exporting 2-D vector graphics.
pdflib/4.0.3         : a C library for the PDF format.
netcdf/3.5.0         : the Network Common Data Form library.
vtk/4.0              : a 3D visualization toolkit.
