Q: SDP5B-6 on Sharp PC 3100

Hi,

I recently acquired a sundisk sdp5b-6 for use with my pc 3100.  But
how?  I got all of sundrv.zip, unpacked it and ran sinstall.bat.  This
installed dipssdp.sys in config.sys and asked me to reboot the
computer.  The card is not recognised on bootup, but of course this is
before dipssdp.sys gets loaded, so no worry.  However, it isn't
recognised later either.  So I tried running sdisk and sformat.

sdidk a

runs without any complaint, but 

sformat a

at first complained that I would need to run sdisk first (I did), and
has now changed to complaining about wrong parameters (what parameters
do the two programs take?).  Any ideas?  Maybe I could format (or at
least test) the card under Win95 / Linux?  But how?
