I made one out of thin circuitboard basematerials (copper on epoxy-paper)
I had some left from the company i worked for a year ago :-)

These fit into the serial port - the copper-layer gets electrical contact.
With a dremel (tm) I cut 10 'cabels' out of the copper-layer. on these I
could solder (löten in german) the normal serial cable.
