Old Compuserver forum utilities?

Apparently there used to be an old collection of PC-3000 utilities on the
"Compuserve's Palmtops A forum" in a compressed file named 3000UT.COM that
included a bunch of utilities.  The one in particular that I'm hoping to
find was called:

NR.EXE     A writeup said that it would speed up the built in ROM software
to run at almost double speed.(?)

Does anyone know where to find either the whole collection in 3000UT.COM or
even just the NR.EXE utility?
