Although I haven't experimented with the PC3K much, I am more involved with
the Poqet palmtop, a comparable unit.  I am very happy to successfully use
DOS INTERLNK/INTERSVR to transfer files.  It also has a self-install
walk-thru to automatically transfer necessary files to the unit missing any
inter* files needed.  It is handled through the INTERSVR /RCOPY switch
(remote copy??).  The inter* program came later than DOS v 3.3 but I believe
it can still work.  Hope this helps, and please report if it does.
