[list-administration] Reply-To now works

Hi,

just to let you know that the list now inserts a Reply-To header which
will automatically redirect all replies to mails on the list to also
be send to the list (as, I believe, they should be).

This should eliminate the common mistake that replies go to the sender
of the original mail only, instead of to the list.

Unfortunately I so far made no progress on the spam-filtering...
