[Sharp-pc3k] Mailing-lists up again

Hi,

I'm not sure anyone did notice(*), but for the past 56 days both the
sharp-pc3k as well as the poqetpc list were down --- well, they are up
again...

(*) in the olden days you might have been able to notice the absence
    of spam, but now that the lists are closed not even that would be
    an option...
